Who am I?

Queer Multidisciplinary Artist | Spacemaker | Installation | Performance

I am a queer multidisciplinary artist from Iran, living and working on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation (Narrm/Melbourne). My practice centers around storytelling through interactive installations, space-making, objects, and movement. It is fluid and evolving, unconstrained by medium. I work with wood, fabric, recycled materials, found objects, and anything else that helps me translate emotion into form.

A background in architecture informs my work, and it explores themes of transformation, memory, displacement, and resilience, drawing from both personal and collective narratives. I am deeply inspired by my Iranian heritage, my experience of migration, and my background in architecture. Performance, materiality, and space converge in my practice to create immersive experiences that invite reflection and connection.

Whether through ephemeral installations like Komorebi, embodied works such as Naavai Vasht, or sculptural storytelling in Echoes of Courage, I aim to build spaces where emotion, politics, and imagination intertwine.

I’m open to collaborations, commissioned works, and installation design.
